I sat on this work for way too long. I've got sheets of paper laying around just getting some basic ideas of what the final version would look like. It was a challenge to adapt the character to my own style while retaining as much of the owner's style as possible. There was definitely some lost in the translation but I feel that it was a worthy attempt. I don't think I captured the 'naughty' side of the character as well as I could have either.

I attempted a few new methods to doing my linart including some tries with adding weight to the lines in certain areas. Overall I was going for a sort of 'vector art' look using traditional methods. I'm pleased with the color scheme and I think I matched them together quite well.
